Our mornings will begin with coffee on the infamous Trinity porch with relaxation and laughter. Then, Chef Bob will prepare a mouth-watering southern breakfast for us, and we’ll enjoy learning from top professionals in the areas of networking, selling, digital marketing, time-managing, communication, and business strategy and so much more.
We will have group gatherings and small break out sessions throughout the day. Deep connection and collaboration with each other is so important in fostering a strong emotional support system around your business.
Lunches and afternoons are sprinkled with amazing food and breathing room to process all that you are taking in. At each of our dining experiences, you can expect gourmet meals, beautiful details, floral blooms, music, and lots of laughter.
Our evenings will end relaxed in Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, wrapped in blankets with s’mores. This is our time to chat, unwind, and talk through all that we have done during our days.
Side note – we will not be riding horses. But you can pet and feed them; Suite, Royal, and Finn will be delighted to see you!

After flying into PNS, the main Pensacola International Airport, we will arrange to pick you up at the airport with a cute little sign with your name on it. You’ll be able to connect with fellow attendees in our small Facebook group—who knows; you may even live in the same city!
The retreat runs from Friday at 3pm CT to Sunday at 5 pm CT. It is 25 minutes from Trinity to the PNS airport. When making travel arrangements, it is best to plan to attend the entire program so as not to miss any of the planned experiences. If you can, stay a few extra days to enjoy the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach. Don’t forget; we will pick you up and drop you off at the airport.
We will provide a complete packing list and other helpful details for the retreat a few months ahead of your retreat date, but trust me, it’s super casual, and no need for you to stress over what you will wear. We’ll also have a Zoom call with Dawn to answer any questions you have and make a plan for what your focus will be during our retreat experience. But, beware, you will fall madly in love with her.
We intentionally keeping our retreats to a small, intimate number of 15 guests. This size allows for deep connections and even significant breakthroughs. In addition to the 15 guests, we will have five mentors, staff and don’t forget mom and dad are next door.
Just let us know in advance when registering, and we’ll be happy to accommodate you! Our chef from Emerald Coast Private Chefs (ECPC), Bob Vaningan, can accommodate most common food allergies or dietary preferences.
This is the MOST beautiful time of the year here at Trinity! Everything is in bloom and it is magnificent! Weather is in the high 70's during the day and lows are in the high 50s.
*Florida weather can change frequently. Make sure to check the weather before the retreat and pack accordingly (light jackets and small umbrellas are always a good idea).
I know that the world is crazy right now, and it’s hard to put a no refund policy into place. However, so much of what we are doing is customized and personalized for each guest, so retreats are nonrefundable, but you can put the monies towards a future retreat.
Extend your stay!
Pensacola, Florida is one of the best-kept secrets in the world, and the beaches are second to none! I would highly recommend extending your stay if you can and exploring some of the areas.
